PD International Triathlon 2007
The turn-up was great. Over 700 people participated.
The team did well. Everyone kept to their target.
Foo Chee Yong, swimmer: 1.5km swim time: 40 mins.
Azman, cyclist: 40km bike time: 1 hour 30 mins.
Zailan Yusof, runner: 10km run time: 1 hour.
Semua stock finish on the dot. Nice round numbers.
But the event was marred by a tragedy. Triathlete Zubir passed away in a tragic death during the swim event.
It is a sad day.
